As a Manufacturing Key Operative – Maintenance, you’ll provide support to the multi-skilled engineers with the preparation and execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks and undertake a variety of trade tasks including joinery, painting, plumbing and mechanical work across the site. By taking a planned approach to maintenance tasks, you’ll help to proactively identify maintenance required and deliver high standards of asset performance. Working flexibly to support all areas of the business where required, you will also ensure a robust safe system of work is applied, with risk assessments completed as needed.

About you
You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Has some engineering related experience from a comparable role
- Has working knowledge of safe working practices / risk assessment
- Has a trade qualification demonstrating competence in basic mechanical, plumbing or fabric work
- Has good time management and communication skills
- Can comply with relevant site policies such as Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
