Property Litigation Solicitor

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor with 4–5 years of senior associate experience to join our specialist team. The role focuses on resolving property and disputed land matters, requiring minimal supervision. You will manage a varied caseload, including:

• Landlord and Tenant disputes – commercial and residential
• Possession claims
• Dilapidations
• Breach of lease
• Serving notices
• Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Breach of covenants
• Trespass
• Adverse possession
• Boundary disputes
• Rights of way and easements
• Party Wall Act disputes
• Residential disrepair claims
