What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing a professional front‑of‑house service, welcoming residents, visitors and contractors
- Managing enquiries and requests in person, by phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service
- Overseeing deliveries, key management and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining building safety and security, including access control, visitor checks and CCTV monitoring
- Responding to incidents, complaints and emergencies, taking appropriate action
- Carrying out site patrols and reporting maintenance or safety issues to keep the development well presented
Essential – What we’re looking for
- Experience in a customer‑facing role (e.g., concierge, reception or housing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with demanding customers professionally and manage expectations
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Understanding of health & safety or security responsibilities
