Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Senior Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Northampton for our customer, a British tools and building materials retailer, Toolstation.
You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Friday with the hours of 08:00 – 16:00.

What you will do on a typical day
- Support Team Leaders in leading and motivating a team
- Ensure work procedures and methods are followed by staff
- Coach and support Warehouse Operatives when required
- Support management team with projects and initiatives
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation
- Persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Be able to take responsibility and lead by example
- Good learner and adaptor to new systems and processes
