BX1 GROUP is an ACS approved security company providing professional security services across the UK.
We are looking for a commercially driven Security Business Development Manager to support the growth of our security division by generating new business opportunities and winning security contracts.
This role is ideal for someone with experience within the security industry who understands manned guarding, security services, tendering, client relationship management, and contract acquisition.
We are looking for a proactive business developer with a strong hunter mentality and proven ability to win new security contracts.
Package:
• £50,000 – £70,000 Depending on Experience
• Uncapped Commission
• Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities within the security sector
• Conduct outbound sales and business development activity
• Attend client meetings and site visits
• Build relationships with decision-makers
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals
• Win new manned guarding and security contracts
• Develop subcontracting partnerships
• Help grow BX1 GROUP’s market presence
Requirements:
• Proven business development or sales experience within the security industry
• Experience generating and winning security contracts
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
• Experience preparing tenders and proposals
• Understanding of manned guarding and security services
• Self-motivated, target driven, and commercially focused
• Full UK driving licence preferred
Advantageous:
• Experience working within ACS approved security companies
• Existing relationships within construction, corporate, commercial, or logistics sectors
• Experience using CRM systems and pipeline management
• Ability to identify subcontracting and partnership opportunities
