Role: Housekeeper (Super Prime Residential Apartment Building)

Salary: £29k

Location: Vauxhall

Hours/days: 4 on 2 off, early shifts 07:00 – 16:00, late shifts 16:00 – 23:00

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at a prestigious residential development in London. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests, enhancing their living experience through meticulous attention to detail and high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas, adhering to established standards.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• all rooms and common areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
• Handle resident requests promptly and professionally, fostering positive interactions.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or a similar role, in a high end customer focused environment
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
