Creative Account Manager (London or Manchester – Hybrid / WFH Considered)
Salary – Up to £45,000

You’ll be joining a dynamic, collaborative team working with well-known, high-profile retail brands, where your role will sit at the heart of both client partnership and creative delivery. It’s a position that blends commercial awareness, creative thinking and strong project leadership to ensure great work gets delivered the right way.
You’ll:
- Be the go-to contact for a key retail client, building strong, trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders
- Lead projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring everything runs efficiently and to a high standard
- Strengthen the quality of outputs by improving briefs, presentations and overall creative execution
- Spot potential challenges early and take a proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping projects on track
- Work closely with Creative, Production and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery across timelines, budgets and scope
- Bring structure and clarity to fast-paced environments where priorities can shift
- Support the development of strategic direction while ensuring practical, effective execution
- Keep communication clear, consistent and professional across all stakeholders, both internal and client-side
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working agency-side or within a brand, ideally in a creative or integrated environment
- Understands the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development to execution
- Builds credibility quickly and communicates with confidence at all levels
- Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing attention to detail
- Remains composed under pressure and adapts effectively in fast-moving situations
- Shows ownership, initiative and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality work
- Combines strategic thinking with strong delivery and project management skills
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience working with retail or consumer-facing brands
- Understanding of in-store, experiential, or physical brand environments
- Exposure to integrated campaigns across multiple channels
