Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative

Job Type: 12-15 weeks (potentially longer)

Location: Corby, Kettering & Wellingborough areas

Rate of pay: Paye £17.90ph or Umbrella £24.48ph + company vehicle provided

• Tiling
• Plastering
• Bricklaying
• Fencing
• Flooring
• Groundworks

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied properties
• Complete standard repairs within a 30‑day timeframe
• Respond to emergency callouts within 24 hours
• Carry out void property works to bring homes up to lettable standard
• Work efficiently across a high‑volume housing portfolio

Hours

Hours vary: 8 am‑4 pm or 8:30 am‑5 pm, with 3:30 finish Fridays (37 hours/week)
