£14.24 per hour, including holiday pay. Age‑related pay applies. You also receive a monthly service‑charge payment based on hours worked.

The Role
This casual role supports the full‑time team during busy periods, staff holidays, and sickness absences. Under the direction of the Spa Manager, you will carry out the general cleaning of the spa.
- Cleaning of changing rooms and toilets
- Steam room and sauna
- Poolside area
- Spa reception and relaxation lounge
- Treatment rooms and corridors
- Outside terrace and hot tub area
- Replenish guest towels and supplies
- Transport dirty laundry to in‑house laundry
- Complete the daily cleaning schedule and maintain hygiene standards
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the in‑house maintenance team
Shift pattern: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm or 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm, weekdays and weekends on a weekly rota.
