Independent NED — Governance, Finance & Risk

The Police Federation of England and Wales is looking for two Independent Non Executive Directors to enhance governance and provide independent challenge.

The roles involve oversight in finance, audit, risk, leadership, equity, and governance. Candidates should possess senior leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills, essential for contributing to significant organizational reforms.

This is a contract position with approximately 3–6 days of commitment per month. Remote and hybrid working options available.
