HGV Class 1 Driver – Days (Mon‑Fri)

An HGV Class 1 Driver for WS Solutions operating from Samlesbury, Preston. Responsibilities include transporting goods safely, delivering to customers, and maintaining road safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Various HGV driving duties
• General haulage duties
• Store deliveries
• Driving independently

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Full HGV Class 1 licence
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Good communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to influence & persuade, build relationships with colleagues and customers
• Strong planning and organisation, prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, friendly & helpful nature
• Initiative and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
