Support Coordinator for Housing & Independence

Home Group in Sunderland is seeking a Support Coordinator to join their team. You will support customers in building the life skills needed for independent living, working with individuals who have complex needs. This part-time position offers £27,500 per year (pro rata), flexible working hours, and a variety of benefits including 34 days leave and a health cash plan.
