Corporate Systems Support Assistant – salary £27,254 – £30,024 per year. Working pattern: full time, hybrid working available. Location: Lincoln. Closing date: Sunday 14 June 2026.
Responsibilities
- Act as front‑line support for Corporate Systems, handling phone and portal‑based queries.
- Investigate and resolve issues, or appropriately escalated them, ensuring all necessary detail is documented.
- Maintain accurate records of tickets, resolutions and common issues.
- Assist with data cleansing and uphold system integrity.
- Manage Training Record & Access Control.
- Contribute to ongoing service improvements and support the organisation’s transformation agenda.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills – confident speaking with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Methodical with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good IT skills, including confident use of Excel.
- Experience with core business systems, ideally Mosaic social care case management system or Business World ERP system (or equivalent).
- Fluency duty: fluent spoken English essential.
