As an Electronic Gaming Host, your role is pivotal in creating an unforgettable experience for our customers. You’ll be the welcoming face of our electronic gaming floor, greeting and attending to guests and making them feel valued and entertained. Your enthusiasm for connecting with people will shine as you greet and attend to our guests, ensuring that each visit exceeds expectations. You’ll foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit and the factors that impact its contribution to the business, along with a willingness to learn more about this product area.
- Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
- A positive attitude, great customer service, and social skills.
- A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
The role operates in a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
