Support Our Members in the Shop, Cook & Eat Session!

This volunteering role involves supporting autistic people and those with learning disabilities in preparing a healthy lunch. The session takes place every Monday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

• Support members to choose ingredients when shopping
• Help them chop, prepare, and cook a nutritious meal
• Encourage independence while offering guidance where needed
• Sit down together and enjoy the lunch you’ve made as a group
