Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews for children in care, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Liaise with education, health, legal, and other professionals to coordinate services and safeguard children.
- Maintain accurate case records and provide reports for court proceedings where required.
- Support foster carers and residential staff, contributing to placement stability and service development.
About You
- Social Work qualification with full registration with SWE.
- Proven experience in child protection or looked-after children services.
- Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
