Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French and English, ensuring prompt and accurate first-contact resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Process customer requests, orders, complaints, and follow internal quality guidelines with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
- Adhere to compliance standards, quality metrics, and operational procedures.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
- Work closely with team leads and peers to achieve service goals.
Requirements / Skills
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-friendly tone.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for solving customer problems and delivering a positive experience.
- Readiness to work on-site in Belfast with a reliable internet connection.
- EU citizenship or valid UK work permit required.
- Willingness to relocate to Belfast if not local.
- Must pass Access NI and credit checks.
- Monday to Friday.
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00.
- Total: 40 hours per week.
