Overnight Youth Support Worker (SEMH/ASD)

EduTalent Group is seeking a dedicated individual for a role in Hailsham, providing overnight supervision and support for children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. This position is centered around fostering a safe and nurturing environment while ensuring the wellbeing of the residents.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in supporting youth with SEMH/ASD and the ability to work waking night shifts. A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is desirable, and training opportunities will be provided.
