What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting guests, clients, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism
- Managing visitor check-ins and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating meeting room arrangements, refreshments, and guest comfort
- Handling incoming calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately
- Supporting day-to-day office administration and team needs
- Managing post, deliveries, and courier services
- Keeping reception and shared spaces immaculate and aligned with high standards
- Liaising with internal teams and external service providers
- Assisting with office operations, maintenance coordination, and supplier visits
- Organising catering, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Supporting internal events and ensuring meeting spaces are fully prepared
