The Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging Receptionist with a passion for service excellence.
You will report to the Reception Manager, working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.
Responsibilities
- Giving our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
- Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
- Ensuring that the daily task list is completed effectively
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
- Taking initiative in accommodating our guests’ needs in a resourceful manner
Qualifications
- Excellent guest engagement skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
