We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Synthesia’s growth through inbound and cold outreach/prospection activities
  • Educate and work on leads via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch‑points, and Account Executive hand‑off
  • Create and activate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct discovery and follow‑up calls/emails until meetings are set

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • At least 6 months of B2B outbound experience, preferably with Software/SaaS solutions, Consulting, Web3 or other tech
  • History of quota attainment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills (phone, listening, writing)
  • Self‑driven with the desire to help Synthesia grow, and able to create scalable processes for success
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset
  • Ambitious and self‑motivated with comfort in a quota‑carrying environment

  • Prior experience using Sales Automation/Prospecting tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) and CRM (Salesforce)

  • Location: London – able to work from Regents Park office 5 days a week, Remote if based in France
