We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Drive Synthesia’s growth through inbound and cold outreach/prospection activities
- Educate and work on leads via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch‑points, and Account Executive hand‑off
- Create and activate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
- Conduct discovery and follow‑up calls/emails until meetings are set
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in French and English
- At least 6 months of B2B outbound experience, preferably with Software/SaaS solutions, Consulting, Web3 or other tech
- History of quota attainment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, rapidly changing environment
- Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills (phone, listening, writing)
- Self‑driven with the desire to help Synthesia grow, and able to create scalable processes for success
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset
- Ambitious and self‑motivated with comfort in a quota‑carrying environment

- Prior experience using Sales Automation/Prospecting tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) and CRM (Salesforce)
