Salary: GBP 28,000 – GBP 32,000 per annum + Training + Progression + Company benefits.

We are looking for an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in AutoCAD. Our tight‑knit practice offers support in long‑term career development through ongoing training and mentorship.

Job description

• Creating drawings using AutoCAD.
• Shadowing and assisting with the entire design process (RIBA stages 0‑6).
• Involved in all areas of design work, including detailing and conceptualising using AutoCAD, communication with clients and stakeholders, and working on planning applications and building regulations.
• Working on residential planning projects from new builds, conversions and extensions across the local region.
• Managing residential designs from concept to completion (RIBA stages 0‑6) including site visits.

Requirements

• Junior Architectural Technician or similar.
• Background using AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Commutable to Leighton Buzzard.
