Beragh – Community Care Workers

Position Overview

NWCare is a family run domiciliary care agency serving the community in healthcare for over 50 years. We are recruiting home care assistants for evening rotas in Beragh. No experience or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training. We have both full time and part time rotas available.

Hours & Rotas

Mornings ‒ 07:00 ‑ 14:30, Teas ‒ 15:00 ‑ 18:30 and Evenings ‒ 19:00 ‑ 23:00.

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows:

• Week 1 ‒ Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
• Week 2 ‒ Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Requirements

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate
• No experience or qualifications required; full bespoke training will be provided
• Ability to promote and deliver person‑centred care, dignity and respect
• Be well‑organised, professional and caring
• Interest in working in the community within Health & Social Care
• Care about the community they live in
• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
