Join our Moving on Service and make a meaningful difference to young people with learning disabilities and autism as they move into adulthood. Our team is driven by empathy, respect, honesty, compassion, and integrity, ensuring every young person receives person‑centred support they can trust.

You will join an experienced and supportive team where teamwork, wellbeing and mutual respect are central to how we work, and where adaptability and agility are valued. We prioritise your wellbeing by offering flexible working arrangements, clear career progression, a robust induction, and access to training and peer support so you can continue to develop your skills with confidence while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Responsibilities: As an Experienced Social Worker, you will manage a varied caseload and complete Care Act Needs Assessments using strength‑based, person‑centred approaches. You will work closely with partners in health, education and other agencies, supporting young people and their families with compassion, honesty and respect. Your work will promote independence and ensure each young person’s voice is heard. You will work across both children’s and adult services to help young people experience a smooth, positive transition.

Qualifications: You will need at least two years’ post‑qualification experience, Social Work England registration and a DipSW or equivalent.

All positions are paid a 7.5% market supplement, subject to review on an annual basis.

Benefits: Our hybrid working model means office staff are on site for at least half their hours, community‑based staff carry out at least half their admin time in a workplace, and customer‑facing roles work entirely from their service location. We are committed to creating a workplace where positive relationships thrive and everyone feels engaged, supported and able to do their best.

We do not tolerate discrimination, bullying or harassment. Everyone is expected to promote a culture of inclusion, dignity, trust and respect, guided by our vision and identity.

We are firmly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and to the principles of inclusion and diversity in both employment and the delivery of services.
