Pay and Hours

Stores within the M25: £13.28 to £14.55 per hour. Night premium £2.35 per hour for midnight‑to‑6am shifts. Minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work 12‑hour minimum.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and provide outstanding service.
• Understand product range and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Assist with picking, replenishment and housekeeping across the store.
• Apply training to work safely, efficiently and uphold Tesco policies.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and deliver store routines as needed.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events.
• Manage store performance, reduce waste, shrinkage and help drive sales and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Live Tesco values and create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Accept store deliveries when required.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Communicate openly and work well within a team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Arrive on time and be well presented.
