Title: Flexible Team Member – Nights

Location: Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ

Salary: £28,652.88

Working Hours: Nights, 7pm – 7am (3 on, 3 off)

Responsibilities

• Pack biscuits on a production line.
• Work on different lines within the department.
• Manually pack products within specifications (bending, lifting, stretching).
• Conduct visual inspections to identify foreign matter or potential hazards.
• Ensure biscuits being packed meet product specifications.
• Adhere to all quality and safety standards.
• Work to a high standard, enabling the plant to achieve planned output.
• Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Works well with others and is open to learning and change.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Desirable: Experience with food or machinery in a quality‑focused factory.
• Desirable: Understanding of zonal Key Performance Indicators (production targets, waste levels, line performance).

Employment Details

Fixed‑term role until December2026.
