Hours & Compensation

Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Hours worked between midnight and 6am receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, although roles from 12 hours are also available.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Display confidence with our products and services and offer help when needed.
• Deliver flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer‑focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
• Show a passion for delivering great service, greet customers with a smile, and serve them with pride.
• Build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• Use initiative to make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team, communicate openly, have fun, and celebrate success.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with at least three weeks’ notice of shifts.
