Salary: £30,000 – £43,600 plus £4,000 – £6,000 joining bonus. 28% pension, 53 days holiday, full teacher training, clear progression.

The Role

• Deliver Motor Vehicle training in classroom and workshop settings.
• Teach learners studying Level 1–Level 3 qualifications.
• Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices.
• Participate in structured mentoring and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

The Person

• Background in Motor Vehicle/Light Vehicle technology.
• Hold a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent).
• Commutable to Cambridge.
• Interested in moving into a training or education role.
• No prior teaching experience required.
