Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Leader to build a high‑performing, diverse team where everyone feels valued, respected and included.
• Encourage dynamic discussions and invite ideas and different perspectives to drive creativity and collaboration.
• Create a culture that embraces honest feedback, gives praise, shares successes, and coaches and challenges the team.
• Nurture a welcoming and fun environment for customers and teammates.
• Deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience, inspiring the team to do the same.
• Use local cultural connections and product knowledge to excite customers.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in‑store CRM tools.
• Show commitment to driving business results.
• Build influence and networks to deliver goals and accelerate store growth.
• Show expert market awareness and use analysis to maximise trading opportunities.
• Lead and deliver operational excellence while respecting people, product and environment.
• Embed Mulberry’s values of honesty, dynamism and community spirit in all actions.
