The Field Care Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of a team of field care workers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, as well as strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of field care workers
• Develop and implement care plans for clients
• Monitor the quality of care provided by staff
• Resolve client complaints
• Manage the budget for the field care department
• Recruit and train new staff
• Advocate for the needs of clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a field care or social work setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
