SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming three-form entry primary school in Wandsworth to appoint a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Year 4 Teaching Assistant. This position involves supporting a Year 4 pupil who has experienced some early trauma and requires encouragement to re-engage with learning, alongside providing general classroom support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate teaching assistant who is passionate about making a difference in children’s lives and keen to build experience through excellent education and training opportunities.

The Role:

• Support a year 4 classroom and teacher with learning needs as a general teaching assistant
• Support a Year 4 child with emotional, social, and learning needs
• Help nurture resilience and confidence while promoting positive engagement in lessons
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other teaching assistants
• Provide both individual and small group support as required
