IDEX Consulting is exclusively partnered on an exciting interim opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a high-growth wealth management group. This contract role is perfect for a senior compliance professional who enjoys variety, group-level impact, and making things happen now.

You’ll work closely with the Group CRO, supporting several regulated businesses across the UK, all with their own permissions, and help shape risk and compliance strategy across the board.

Responsibilities

• Group risk and compliance oversight
• Designing and embedding frameworks, policies, and MI dashboards
• Building strong relationships across decentralised regulated firms
• Advising on regulatory change, due diligence, and assurance reviews
