The Side Hustle brings together sport, music, atmosphere and great hospitality in one space, done properly. The floor team plays a big part in that – fast, friendly service that keeps guests engaged from start to finish.
We’re opening in St Paul’s/Bank and looking for Floortenders to be part of the team delivering it every shift.

What this role actually is
You’re not just taking orders.
You’re part of the team that keeps service flowing, tables looked after, and the energy in the room where it needs to be.
From arrival to departure, the expectation is simple: quick service, great interaction, and no drop in standards.
What you’ll be doing
- taking orders and delivering food and drinks promptly
- keeping tables clean, organised and guest-ready
- staying aware of guest needs throughout their visit
- working closely with bar and kitchen to keep service smooth
- supporting upselling and product recommendations
- maintaining pace and energy during busy periods
What we’re looking for
- positive, energetic and guest-focused
- strong communication skills
- team-focused and supportive
- works with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- willing to learn and develop
