Sun & Public Holidays: 09:30–17:00 / 09:30–17:30 / 09:30–18:00 / 10:00–18:00
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and respond to general enquiries
- Greet, check in, and announce customers’ arrival
- Manage the Sales Executive turn system
- Ensure showroom is tidy, orderly, and display cars are in good condition (interior & exterior)
- Provide refreshments to customers
- Perform general ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
- Support at project sites or out-of-office locations when required
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in customer service roles
- Customer-oriented with a strong service attitude
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Hardworking, extroverted, people-focused, and enthusiastic
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays
- Willing to work at out-of-office locations when required
