Responsibilities

• Work 08:00 to 22:00 hours with a sleep‑in, following a rotating shift pattern: two shifts one week, three the next.
• Provide full support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions within a supported living setting.
• Assist residents in leading their most independent lives, including daily living skills, social interaction and personal care.

Qualifications

• Preferably previous experience in a care or support role, or training and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to work within a team and learn new skills.
