Impactful HLTA for SEMH: KS3–KS4 Support (Immediate)

TeacherActive is seeking a High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time long-term position in Stafford. The successful candidate will support students with special educational needs, focusing on social, emotional, and mental health needs across Key Stage 3 and 4.

This responsible role includes delivering intervention sessions, managing classroom behaviours, and building positive relationships with students. The ideal HLTA has a Level 4 qualification and experience in similar settings.
