RFP Lead: End-to-End Investor Solutions

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join the RFP team of a leading global Investment Management firm. This position is particularly suited for candidates seeking to enter a position in the lucrative private markets space in an end-to-end role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day to day point of contact for investors.
2. Production of bespoke RFPs; responsibility for the end-to-end process, particularly separate account RFPs.
3. Responsible for facilitating client onboarding, distributing welcome packs and reporting information.
4. Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Fund departments to assist with marketing activity and product communications.
5. Manage, monitor and streamline document and system management.

Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent capability to execute and handle RFPs.
2. Commercial acumen (BD background desirable).
3. Salesforce, legal documentation & KYC procedure expertise experience highly desirable.
