We’re looking for an experienced Bar Leader to join our team at the ABBA Voyage Arena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a bar team in a busy venue or events environment
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and inspire the team
- Great attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service
- A proactive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
