Apprenticeship Requirements

  • Completing the Brand Parts Apprentice qualification.
  • Learning and developing all the skills as listed below to become an excellent Parts Advisor.
  • Achieving 100% of the budgeted financial and operational objectives from JCT600 and the Brand.
  • Creating a better than average customer experience using Brand measures versus National Averages as your context.
  • Ensuring all your studies and coursework deadlines are met.
  • The correct identification and timely ordering of parts.
  • Updating parts and customer records accurately.
  • Applying the correct discount in line with Company policy.
  • Ensuring any payment received for parts is correct and handled according to Company policy.
  • Attend all Brand modules of the Parts Apprentice programme, ensuring full commitment and dedication.

Our recruitment for the programme is carried out in direct collaboration with Volkswagen & Skoda.

Qualifications

To qualify for the programme, you must have gained or be working towards GCSE grade 4-9 in Maths, English and a science-related subject. Should you not have already obtained these grades, conditional offers will be made on the provision that these go on to be achieved in the summer of 2026.
