Innovative Systems/FinScan® is a leading global provider of SaaS and on‑premises data management and compliance solutions, looking for talented Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to drive expansion and growth within Europe and abroad.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Consistently conduct high‑quality prospecting activities for a predefined set of accounts to generate well‑qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with account executives, sales leadership, marketing and other internal teams to stay aligned on strategy and ensure cross‑functional work is undertaken, maximizing efficiency.
- Use project‑management skills to coordinate internal resources and lead internal account‑plan update meetings as well as manage the steps necessary to land a meeting (materials, actions), and to engage other internal stakeholders when needed.
- Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology to form a coherent and clear understanding of relevant and applicable value propositions.
- Invest a substantial amount of your time to thoroughly research and learn your prospect accounts inside out, including challenges, latest updates, personnel changes or other compelling news events.
- Successfully engage C‑level executives in targeted prospect accounts through all channels.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of high‑priority prospects.
- Leverage our tech stack to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors.
- Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the companies and markets you oversee.
What You Must Have
- Excellent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years successful experience as an SDR/BDR/AE for a SaaS or software business.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha.
- Experience in multi‑channel prospecting (Phone, Email, LinkedIn InMail) with capability in all three. Picking up the phone is an absolute must!
- Experience researching prospects’ strategic objectives, challenges and needs, and in formulating specific and compelling value‑proposition‑centered engagement.
- Experience leading and participating in prospect and customer‑facing introductory and discovery calls that uncover clear challenges, business impacts and result in strategic plans for addressing these.
- Motivated to reach and exceed challenging goals and milestones.
- A sincere desire to progress into an Account Executive (field sales) or SDR management role within 24 months.
- Ability and willingness to work “in office” at our London City, Tower 42 location three (3) or more days each week.
It’s Nice to Have
- Experience prospecting into Financial Services and Insurance accounts.
- Even better – having experience talking to risk, compliance, KYC, AML personas.
- Fluency with other languages, i.e. Dutch, French, German, Spanish or Italian.
