A leading international interior design studio, renowned for delivering exceptional, ultra-luxury residential interiors globally, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its highly regarded London team. The studio is recognised for its refined aesthetic, meticulous attention to detail, and bespoke approach across prestigious private residential projects worldwide.

This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position on complex, high-end schemes from concept through to completion, working closely with senior leadership while overseeing project teams and ensuring the highest standards of design quality, coordination, and delivery across all project phases.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of ultra-high-end residential projects from concept through to completion

Oversee all design stages, including concept development, spatial planning, FF&E, technical detailing, and on-site coordination

Produce and review detailed drawing packages, bespoke joinery designs, and highly customised interior solutions

Act as a key client contact, confidently leading presentations, meetings, and design discussions with high-profile international clients

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, artisans, and suppliers

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution

Mentor and support junior designers, maintaining exceptional design quality and technical accuracy throughout all stages

Requirements:

Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience within luxury residential interior design studios

Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline

Strong portfolio demonstrating ultra-high-end residential projects with exceptional attention to detail

Proven experience leading projects from concept through to installation and completion

Advanced technical detailing skills, including bespoke joinery and custom furniture design

Strong client-facing experience with confidence managing UHNW clients and stakeholders

Excellent understanding of luxury materials, finishes, construction methods, and supplier coordination

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple high-value projects within a fast-paced, design-led environment

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented approach with a passion for luxury interiors
