Prison Kitchen Lead: Meals, Safety & Mentoring

Sodexo is seeking a Chef for their operations at HMP Altcourse in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching prisoners in preparing over 1200 meals daily, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene.
