Build Technician

The Role

• Build, assemble and test precision components and sub‑assemblies in line with engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
• Perform fault finding, rework and functional testing to ensure product quality, reliability and compliance.
• Maintain accurate build and manufacturing documentation, adhering to strict configuration control and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, quality specialists and wider production teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure on time delivery.

You’ll Need

• Proven hands‑on assembly or production experience within either defence, manufacturing, aerospace or other high integrity engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical assembly techniques.
• Ability to work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on quality and precision.
