Job Title: Assembly Fitter

Location: Norwich

Salary: £33,552.09 – £34,568.82 per annum (39‑hour contract) or £41,294.52 – £42,546.24 per annum (45‑hour contract)

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit components guided by technical drawings, 3D Via instructions and R&S within defined time limits.
• Adjust with the use of non‑CNC mills or lathes when needed to produce quality mechanical assemblies.
• Test and, if needed, correct mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain safe working practices and high standards of housekeeping.
• Advises the Cell Leader on potential alterations to reduce cost and lead times and improve quality.
• Assist in improving methods and productivity.
• Assist with other duties.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
