Job Title

Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter (Multi Trade Operative)

About the role

Within this role you will work across our housing stock carrying out high‑quality kitchen and bathroom installations in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out high‑quality kitchen and bathroom installations in occupied and void properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Competence in at least two of the following trades: carpentry, plastering, plumbing.
• Undertake a broad range of general repairs and installations, including full internal decoration, bathroom or shower room tiling, installation of Multipanel, patch plastering up to one square metre, and basic plumbing and carpentry works.

Qualifications

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent practical experience in at least two of the following three trades: carpentry, plastering, plumbing.
• Valid and current driving licence.
• Good organisational, time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
