Role Summary

The successful Teaching Assistant will support a pupil on a 1:1 basis, maintain engagement within lessons, support emotional wellbeing and work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a UK Primary School
• Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis
• A caring and patient nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
