Achievement Tutor – Performing Arts
Are you a teacher passionate about guiding students to achieve their full potential both in and out of the classroom? At The Manchester College, we are looking for Achievement Tutors to support learners’ academic success through engaging group tutorials. In this role, you will deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment via engaging activities, resources, and focused academic coaching. You will monitor individual student progress in 1‑1 reviews using tools such as ProMonitor and Markbook, collaborate closely with teaching teams, develop high‑quality learning resources, and champion student voice, employability and achievement at every stage.

Responsibilities
Support learners’ progress in group tutorials and individual coaching, create and deliver high‑quality resources, use assessment tools to track progress, collaborate with teaching teams, and promote student voice and employability.
Safeguarding
All applicants will undergo an appropriate DBS check and may be subject to additional online checks. Some roles require an Enhanced DBS check.
