Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Bath
20 hours per week
We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our store is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What you’ll do
You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and will also be hands‑on with deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. This role requires:
- Handling deliveries, unpacking stock, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Preparing orders and supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.
- Opening and closing the store, assigning daily tasks to the team, and providing short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
- Providing outstanding customer service and promoting Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts.
- Asking the right questions to understand customers’ projects and help them find everything they need.
