We are looking for a confident Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
Bank shifts (12 hour shifts) at Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds – Gotts Park, supporting a service that empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in care.
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Assist with and report on medical and welfare needs.
- Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Support service users to access the community, attend work, college, hobbies and activities, days out and holidays.
- Support the service users to grow, develop and learn through engaging them in tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

- Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment.
- Ability to empower and support service user independence.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £13.00 per hour plus 12.1% annual leave allowance (£14.57 per hour equivalent).
Enhanced DBS check required.
