Lush Spa provides immersive treatments using a multi‑sensory, holistic approach. This role involves performing treatments, supporting the spa, and ensuring a high‑quality client experience.
Training and Onboarding
Successful candidates will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned spa location to learn about the brand, meet colleagues and begin training.
After onboarding, a six‑week training course at the Lush Spa Training Centre in Poole, Dorset will be undertaken. Travel and accommodation for Poole are covered. Training dates will be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Perform Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
- Represent the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
- Look after clients’ experiences, ensuring their journey runs smoothly
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the spa
- Book and upsell treatments using the booking system
- Maintain high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene)
- Take responsibility for personal wellbeing using available tools
- Keep product and treatment knowledge up to date
- Support stock control
Required Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy including full‑body massage
- Practical experience in a similar role performing body massages and facials
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and treatments
- Passion for representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the spa
